The New RBA base is a small underwater laboratory created deep in the waters of Lake De Valle. Guarded from prying eyes by depth and lake vegetation, it is difficult to get to unless you can find the tiny entrance. Large Trees and thorny hedges also assist in keeping that entrance as unobtrusive as possible.
